Check‑in, information, etc. went smoothly. I slept well, the bathroom was nice. We didn’t use the kitchen, so no comment on that. The coffee machine didn’t work and the luggage trays were unusable because they couldn’t hold anything (a manufacturer design flaw).

Located right in the city center, next to the department store, the stairwell was nice, the apartment was clean, and the climate control worked. The automatic lock on the door required a hard kick to open. At night someone tried to pull on the handle twice to get inside; perhaps they were mistaken, but when I shouted “who’s there?” nobody answered and the stairwell was noisy. It was unsettling, especially considering the courtyard of the building hosted nightly fights with plenty of alcohol. Without the window shut tight, sleep was impossible. The sound insulation was poor; even quiet conversations from the stairwell could be heard. Wi‑Fi didn’t work the whole stay, even though the staff provided a new router that worked for a moment before failing again. We had to rely on our mobile data the entire time. The apartment was in a building that was crumbling, with external sewage pipes that were leaky; every time someone used the water or toilet, the sewage literally poured down the wall, and with the window open you could hear the sound of it running down the wall. Large rats flew around the courtyard, visible even from the third floor. Overall, a stressful stay because of all the events described.

The spot was convenient, right near everything we needed for our brief visit, and the apartment was decent, though the curtains and door could use some repairs.
