We booked the private room next to the balcony; the place was clean, well‑situated, and had solid facilities, so there was nothing to gripe about. Just keep in mind there are a lot of small rules and extra fees that, if you’re aware of them, make for a smooth stay.

The vibe was cozy and the kitchen area was fantastic, plus the location was convenient. The downside was the lack of AC—having to leave the window open let in mosquitoes and noise.

The room came with a big locker, which was handy. It would have been nicer if every bathroom had soap and a toilet, though.
