The reception was great, the room was comfy, and it's super close to Riocentro.

Walked in and everything looked old and in bad shape. The room had five beds and none had a decent mattress (see photo). No trash bin in the bathroom. The area gets pitch dark at night. I booked five nights but only slept with my family one night.

There was a leak in the room, the window had no door, and the bathroom door didn't seal properly.

The location was good and the host was friendly, but the place was all old and neglected. The rooms were dirty, beds uncomfortable, linens old, AC had a big hole letting in bugs, no shower head, outlets were falling, no TV in the room, construction debris in the parking, garden unkept, even an abandoned car in the backyard.

The host was very nice and helpful, we could pick the room we wanted and it felt safe and comfy. There was a small leak in our room, but they said it would be fixed soon and it wasn't a problem.
