The hotel was fine, yet it felt overpriced; the room, especially the bathroom, had obvious wear and needed a refresh, the lack of AC made it hot and stuffy in warm weather, and the WiFi was spotty. Overall it was acceptable but not worth the price.

Everything was perfect, except the TV was small and hard to see.

The place was spotless, modern, and secure, and I appreciated the contactless check‑in and check‑out that kept costs low for travelers; the parking was very safe and access to the hotel was great, and housekeeping kept the room in excellent condition. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms were clean, the showers were good, and the location was convenient, but traveling as a group it was confusing because of the text and email messages we received; checking in required photographic proof that we were British, which we couldn’t provide while on a cycling tour. The customer helpline sorted it out, but it was a bit stressful for a supposedly contactless hotel.
