The pool and location were good, but the staff and contact details were lost, the booking had to be re‑made, and it was terrible.

Only the location was good. The units were dirty, the microwave didn’t work and the replacement smelled like it was infested with cockroaches. The disability car park was right next to the entrance, but the body corporate had approved someone with a motorbike to park right beside it, so I couldn’t get my mum in or out of the wheelchair.

I scored the place 9.0/10. The view was absolutely stunning, a true beach‑side paradise. But the main bar staff, who also handled management, swung wildly from being jovial and chatty to noticeably irritable, making it hard to tell what mood they'd be in next.
