Everything was excellent and I was very satisfied! The place felt clean, and there were plenty of activities and services inside the building, so much so that I’d definitely come back again (^ ^). The elevator was slow to arrive.

“Good place to relax”

The onsens were very clean and hot, and you can book a private onsen once a day. A word of advice: be careful with the breakfast option. I don’t know why I got brunch instead of breakfast, and brunch starts at 11 am.

Because I didn’t know the room had no bathroom when I booked, and my husband has mobility issues, he can’t shower on his own; fortunately the hotel helped me find another hotel in the same group that had a shower, a larger space (34 m²), and although it cost much more, it didn’t matter—just switching rooms solved it, thanks.

“Overall, it was a good stay.”

The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff during breakfast were super friendly and helpful, and the night‑time staff were helpful too. The kiosk check‑in and the fact that the rooms had no bathroom (only toilets) were annoying, and the afternoon staff seemed reluctant to be bothered. It was awkward because the restaurant is inside this onsen hotel, and the same staff also handle the hotel side.

I noticed the place was smaller than the photos suggested; the lobby on the first floor doubles as a restaurant and the rooms themselves are on the smaller side. It’s located in the hot‑spring center, so eating out outside was convenient, and I liked how big the beds were. The hot‑spring bath itself is a modest-sized facility, and breakfast was average for the price with a limited selection.
