We decided on a last‑minute trip to Rotorua, found this motel, and were thrilled with the spacious, clean room and comfy bed for the price; we’d definitely stay again. The only downside is there’s no designated parking, but plenty of space is available in the back.

Our room was very clean, though it felt a bit outdated and tired; we could see that upgrades were underway. The only disappointment was the lack of crockery and cutlery in the room for a quick breakfast before heading out.
