The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming us and always ready to assist without us asking. The hotel and room were clean and nice, and the view from the room was amazing. Nothing to complain about.

The front desk was attentive and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and well presented. The breakfast buffet at the nearby restaurant offered plenty of sweet and savoury choices. Walking to Sultanahmet Square takes about 15 minutes, and the trams connect to other parts of the old city. We tried three local eateries around the hotel and they all served good food. The hotel has a small sauna and steam room that can be booked; we booked the 9 pm slot each night. Additional Turkish treatments or foam massages are available for booking. On our last day, the staff kindly stored our luggage until we were ready to leave. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The location was excellent and very central to the major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. There was a lift to carry luggage up and down

The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were super accommodating and ready to help with any need, meeting all our requests. The building is very clean and welcoming, even though the rooms are small. Everyone pays close attention to detail. The breakfast was good, and the Hammam treatment is worth it! I’ll come back.

The hotel is right next to the Blue Mosque, cistern, basilica, and Santa Sofia. The room was a bit small but clean, and they always swapped towels and bathrobes. The front‑desk staff were excellent. Nothing negative to add.
