The breakfast was excellent. After a long day in the car we arrived at the beautifully located hotel, high up on a mountain accessed by narrow roads, and quite far from everything else. We had read that the restaurant was superb, which was nice, but it was closed and too few guests were there. For dinner we would have had to get back in the car and drive down to the lower town, a half‑hour trip. We ended up eating only some bread with sausage and cheese, which was a real letdown! The wine was good but pricey.
