The place sits in the city center, near the bus station, train station and mall, with ample parking; the room is spacious and tidy, the bed is comfy, and the AC is chill; rates are reasonable compared to other 4‑star hotels. The breakfast is typical for a 4‑star—nothing special. The old building needs refurbishment, especially the elevator, of which only one works; the bathroom’s glass partition needs cleaning, and there are many water spots, mold and fungus on the glass.

The location is superb and the hotel is well equipped with an artistic décor. The rooms are a bit dated but laid out sensibly, and the bedding is comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast could be improved.

Everything about the hotel was perfect—the location, the staff and the breakfast. The only issue was the elevators; they were always slow and crowded, even though the hotel has five of them.
