The area is quiet, the park is clean and full of trees. The distance from the train station to the accommodation is very large, even though the website claimed it was very close.

Free parking, a roomy bathroom, and a clean room are positives. There is no water dispenser in the corridors, no iron in the room, and the continental breakfast is at a hotel‑level standard.

The breakfast was good, the location is also nice and only a few meters from the “trem de superficíe.” In a few minutes we reached Venice. At check‑in we were welcomed and given public transport guidance, with the option to buy tickets at the hotel. We had a time conflict that upset us. We planned a dinner at the hotel, asked the reception staff at that hour if a reservation was needed, and he said it wasn’t. After walking all day in Venice, we went down for dinner and were told they couldn’t serve us because of no reservation. We spoke to the employee who had told us no reservation was needed, and he was very rude and didn’t admit the mistake. Luckily we were driving and found an excellent restaurant “Da Michele,” which was great, worth the tip.

Excellent location to start or finish a trip, close to the airport. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The hotel is clean and well maintained, great value for the price. They provide a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was pleasantly surprising.
