Everything is perfect. The buffet food is delicious with plenty of variety. Parking is easy on the adjacent streets. Cloe, the reception girl, is charming. Ari and Louison, the animators, are a 10! The area has a billiards room, drinks after dinner, and the room has a balcony with no noise, and the bed is super comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice and the shower/bathroom excellent. The food was good with plenty of vegetarian options, which was a plus. However, there are no walking options around the hotel except a few shops, restaurants, and residential streets, and it was much farther from the seafront than we were led to believe, with only one restaurant there instead of the several we expected.

It’s a spectacular hotel in a beautiful, residential part of Mallorca. I loved everything: the beds are incredibly comfortable, the cleaning is flawless, the food is very varied and exquisite, the common areas are super well kept and clean, and nothing feels off; the staff are the friendliest, especially the front‑desk girl named Cloe who was a delight, very attentive and helpful, always on top of our requests with a smile—something worth appreciating.

The food was very good. The hotel was very noisy and not suitable for German tourists who don’t speak French. The animators focused mainly on the French guests, leaving the few German guests largely unattended.
