Good location. I called ahead to resolve a reservation issue, but no solution was offered. We had to pay extra on arrival because the phone person assured us there would be no problem. The cleanliness doesn’t justify a four‑star rating. I asked for a receipt several times during the stay and never received one. Upon departure, they promised to email it, but I still haven’t received it even after reminders.
