“Rooms were good but lack of communication with staff members not good”
The rooms were clean and spacious, but I was told there were two locations and that wasn’t mentioned to me when I spoke to the receptionist. I was surprised when I checked in that there was another location I wasn’t aware of. Because the booking was for other people, I couldn’t go to the other location as they were traveling at night, so I didn’t get what I paid for. The staff communication between the two locations is poor. They need to update the location info for the right areas.
