I stay here every time I visit my sister. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is clean—though not as spotless as my home, which I have to keep in mind because I’m a clean freak. Close parking is great. The downside is a noisy neighbor: all night long loud talking and banging against something in the other room, but that’s not the staff’s fault; some guests just lack respect for others.

Breakfast was decent, but my wife wished there was an exercise room.

The location was fine, yet the room was in terrible shape: it needed a full gut‑out and remodel, it smelled, mold was on the ceilings, there was a large crack under the door, the fridge had mold inside, the commode leaned against the bathtub, the carpet was filthy, and the beds were in dire need of replacement—just to name a few. The moral: we ended up in this awful room because we brought our pet to a pet‑friendly hotel, and we’d never been assigned to such a pit before.

We skipped the free breakfast, but the spot is great since family lives nearby. The room could have been cleaner; the front door and bathroom doors were dirty, and there were two large mold spots above the window.
