The rooms are good, very comfortable with a coffee machine, a small kitchen, a sofa, and a great size. Complimentary breakfast is good with great options. The gym is great! They also have a pool, but I didn’t use it. The location is ok; it’s still walkable to the restaurants at Pearl but about 25‑30 minutes. Doable during the day but a little of a stretch in the evening. There is a bar but they don’t serve food. I was surprised they don’t have a restaurant for dinner. They seem to be understaffed. The staff is nice but sometimes there is a wait at the front desk. I also requested housekeeping at 6 am to ensure there was enough time, but at almost 3 pm the room was still not cleaned, so I gave up.
