The bed was very comfortable, but there was a spider in the ceiling of our room, and outside the room the ceiling had a big cockroach. Give a review of your title it probably meet you.

Nothing positive; the property in general was terrible. We had 0 hot water for our stay, the room was nasty with huge stains on the curtains that could have been dried blood, and the doors did not close properly due to the claw marks on the door frames. Overall the property was terrible and we had to check out early.

The staff were friendly, but the room was ok, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were not great, and there were sketchy people hanging out outside.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom is very small and dated; the sink, vanity, and mirror are very low and not suitable for tall people, and I’m only 6 feet tall.

The general manager (Sandra?) is wonderful! The room was actually very clean and comfortable for this particular motel brand, and I was pleasantly surprised it wasn’t stenchier from the smokers. I definitely did not like, according to the male front desk attendant, that all the king non‑smoking rooms were on the 2nd floor (everyone can’t use the stairs), but it was paid for – so I digress. Another frustrating thing was having to go to the office every day to reactivate my door key, which was one of the most annoying things when you’re tired from working all day and have to go up and down some darn stairs to reactivate a room key daily.
