Getting there was a breeze, but the property itself was just okay.

We appreciated the spot, but we asked for family rooms next to each other and that didn’t happen; breakfast was advertised as included yet it wasn’t, and the pool was so cold we only swam for half an hour before the kids got shivering. The hotel’s layout seems to prioritize the convention center over the guest side.

The restaurant was excellent, we ate there many times and everyone had no issues; the wait staff and chefs were all great.

The hotel feels dated and only includes two breakfasts in the rate; if you show up for a third you’re charged $30, a detail that isn’t mentioned in the description. Around the property you’ll see a few people loitering who appear to be under the influence of drugs, so I won’t be returning.
