The location is close to the centre, the parking is reserved, and the staff is very kind. The room is very minimal, though modern.

The location, breakfast, and parking were available. The bathroom blinds didn’t work, which was a bit uncomfortable and inconvenient.

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful in this family‑run property. The breakfast was very good and offered many options that we didn’t see elsewhere. It’s within walking distance of the Pula Arena, and the host gave us a discount card to a great restaurant that was also within walking distance. The only downside was that our room faced the main boulevard, which caused some road noise. Other rooms probably won’t have this issue, or it will be less. In our room, the bathroom shade wouldn’t close, and the blow dryer was broken.
