Loved how beautiful the reception was. Rooms comfortable. Shower good. The wait for the lifts. we ended up walking 4 flights of stairs at the start before catching the lift the rest of the way. Same with the morning we had to catch an alternative lift for breakfast

The location is truly exceptional, the rooms are great, and the staff are very pleasant, but we had to wait 30 min to be seated for breakfast.

The location was fine, but the hotel’s value for money was questionable; we stayed partly for the night view from the bar, and while we appreciated the view, £17 for a small Prosecco was very expensive and the 13.5 % service charge felt unnecessary, and the bar staff were unfriendly and brisk.
