Eccezzionale! Colazione ottima con pane e dolci fatti in casa. La stanza pulita e confortevole,terrazza vista mare. Punto strategico per arrivare alla fermata della navetta che porta alle spiagge più suggestive del Conero. Guesthouse gentile e simpatica, grazie Anna!
The breakfast was excellent.
The room was truly beautiful, spacious, and spotless, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Mrs. Annamaria was very helpful and friendly, offering excellent tips on places to visit and restaurants that are a must‑try. Its spot is convenient for reaching not only Ancona and Sirolo but also the nearby beaches, and it’s a great starting point for hiking on the Conero. We were especially impressed by the breakfast: homemade cakes and bread, fresh fruit, and jam made from garden produce—a real treat to enjoy on the terrace with sea views and Lulù.
