Nothing good to mention. The female desk staff member was very rude when we checked in, and we didn't stay at all. We went to check out the room and were immediately turned away; the room smelled, the bathroom was old and unclean. We had to give a $50 deposit to be refunded upon checkout—something I'd never had to do before. The area felt sketchy. We got our deposit back, but obviously wasted the booking money. Terrible place!

The price and location are why we keep coming back twice a year for many years now. The lady at check‑in was very cold, offering no welcome or anything; she only said, “I need your ID, and I need your credit card.” The place has deteriorated so much that we've decided to stay elsewhere from now on.

Items were broken in the bathroom—the tub stopper broke. There was no crib as stated, and they lied to a third party about it. I found a roach in the room and there was a very strong lemon smell.
