A fantastic family hotel right by the sea, packed with activities for kids. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and housekeeping cleaned and replaced towels every day with fresh water. The weather at the start of October was great, so we swam in the sea, though there were only a few beach loungers available; however, hammocks between the palms were a nice alternative. At check‑in, Lucy greeted us and stayed in touch throughout our stay, helping with various issues, signing the child up for activities, and making sure everything was fine—thanks a lot, Lucy. The water park was small but sufficient for us, and the kids’ play area was a delight; the staff ran regular workshops and games, and despite the language barrier we could almost participate in everything.

The heat made water play with the kids the best option, and the hotel offered a water world, a water village, a spacious pool, and an aerial pool, plus various family facilities. The rooms were roomy, and the balcony made drying clothes very convenient, so it’s ideal for traveling with children. The concierge Cici was prompt and thoughtful—highly recommended.

Our family had an unforgettable break – the hotel itself was stunning and Ben from the staff went out of his way to look after us. The restaurant felt like a top‑tier eatery; breakfast was solid and dinner offered so much beef, lamb and chicken that we couldn’t possibly try it all. The beach was clean, the water crystal‑clear, and we could swim whenever we wanted. Honestly, I can’t think of anything that was lacking.

The place is huge and pleasant, a truly lovely spot for families. Our butler, Yori (小艳), was always on the ball and friendly, making everything run smoothly. Everything felt spacious and well‑kept, which added to the relaxed vibe.
