The spot is great and the staff were attentive, but the room felt a bit cramped.

Only the cleaning was satisfactory, but the room was terrible and the price‑quality ratio did not match what the room actually was.

The location was fine, but the hotel illegally charged me in USD at a rate they chose, even though the reservation listed the price in Chilean pesos plus the applicable IVA; they also added commissions supposedly indicated by the platform. This is the first time that has happened to me as a frequent user.
