“Check your bill for the optional tip on check-out!”
The GYM and the spa was clean and tidy. The sauna world and the seanse was perfect. After a week of emailing back and forth about my payment (during my holiday with limited connection), there was not a single word or message during check-in. Proving and forwarding emails for a whole week that I had already paid to the correct bank account number and the right recipient, in order to not lose our reservation, which was continuously in a confirmed state on the booking site, was a bit annoying. On top of that, the "optional, volunteer tip" was automatically added to the bill during check-out, which I believe is unfair and unprofessional. I would appreciate a table during breakfast and dinner in a separate area reserved for families without children running around, similar to other "not having 3 kids" families. Compared to our experience at the other Falkensteiner hotel, there was a huge difference. It seems that not all Falkensteiner hotels follow the same standards despite sharing the same brand
