The staff were very nice and I did my check-in in less than 5 minutes
The room was clean and comfortable

Fetah gave a fantastic welcome—professional yet warm—and can advise on good local spots and travel routes. The bedding is perfect, the premises are very clean and well maintained, and the hotel keeps its original charm. The only downside: a nighttime incident involving two drunken customers that woke most of the building, the walls being quite thin. In such cases, a quicker and firmer intervention from the night guard and stricter silence rules at night would be appreciated; this incident is unrelated to the hotel, and we will revisit it.

The location is quiet, with a great bakery and all kinds of shops nearby, and the main metro lines are right outside. The free water refill service is very handy, even cold water in the room. The bed is comfortable, especially the pillows. The only downside is that the breakfast feels repetitive and could be improved.
