The receptionist was very nice and helpful. However, I made a mistake in my booking because I thought the room had a bathroom/WC inside. So the accommodation couldn’t meet my needs. For what was offered, it was okay for me. I had a booking mistake.

A perfect studio apartment, with car park, good host and the best bakery just one minute away from the door. Nothing actually.

The greeting was already warm, exactly as one would expect. I called the lady who was mentioned in the email, and she came down immediately to open the door for me. Rarely have I had everything explained so well and nicely, everything about the accommodation and the surroundings, and also how to get into downtown Hamburg. The place is simple, but it has everything you need. Even a sink is in the room. There are two other rooms that share a toilet and shower, but that was no problem at all. It was a bit noisy, but that didn’t really bother me.
