The rooms were nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, yet I left my Kindle in the room, received no reply to my call, no reply to my email, and even a message through the app got no response; I would appreciate a follow‑up.

The hotel was a lovely little spot in Sale, great for a quiet stop‑over, the check‑in was fine though the staff could have been a bit more cheerful, the room was large and cozy with a huge walk‑in shower and a big bath, but there were no power sockets near the bed; the restaurant was nice but flies and wasps were not handled, the food was good, the staff were polite and pleasant except for one man who seemed to think every complaint was a problem and behaved unprofessionally, especially toward other staff and guests.
