The spot was great and the breakfast was tasty, but the shower didn’t close fully and water leaked onto the toilet; we asked for help with the fan and nobody ever showed up.

Everyone on the team was very kind, the place was spotless, the room was comfortable especially the bathroom, and the breakfast was delicious and varied with healthy and savory options; the location was perfect—central yet away from the chaos. We loved everything!

The staff were courteous, the atmosphere pleasant, the cleaning solid, and the breakfast good, making for an overall very nice experience that I’d recommend and return to, especially given the reasonable price; however, some things need fixing due to normal wear over time.

Desayuno escaso, bien pero hasta ahi, Habitacion bien, silenciosa, comoda. Llegamos 7 de febrero al mediodia depues de un largo viaje. antes de viajar pedimos tomar la habitaciòn a las 13 horas. Ni siquiera nos contestaron. Cuando llegamos al hotel a las 13 horas de ese dia, que habiamos reservado, nos atendiò la recepcionista, y de muy mal modo, nos indicò que habíamos llegado demasiado temprano, lo cual fuimos a almorzar y volvimos a las 14 hs. Cuando bajamos a las 18 hs. nos enteramos que se podia cenar en el mismo hotel, preguntamos con anterioridad y la misma recepcionista nos contestò de mala forma que tendria que haber preguntado antes, cuando ella tendria que habernos informado al respecto. Ella nos dijo que erabamos mal educados al hacerle esa observaciòn, muy angustiados, nos retiramos. Ella es mayor de edad y se sintiò muy mal tratada. Fuè el único inconveniente que tuvimos en Mar del Plata. Nos cambiamos de hotel por lo maltratados que nos sentimos. No volveremos.
