Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center Thomasville

Nothing was clean, the entire place needs to be remodeled. AC smelled like mildew, pool had green algae growing in it. The place is just run down. I was scammed, they charged me twice the price. I placed my card of file through booking com to secure the booking. An hour later the hotel charged my card, when I got to the hotel they attempted to charge me again. I told them that they had already charged my card, I just got an alert that they charge me an additional 250.00 today. Nothing was clean, the entire place needs to be remodeled. “Beautiful stay in a beautiful town”

The pool was open and the room was very clean, giving me a nice quiet stay. When the pool is open, they should provide more towels in the room.

We booked a king bed suite, but the room arrived with a full bed, a broken fold‑out sofa, and old sheets. The staff couldn’t resolve the issue and refused to refund the charge, so I’m still unsure if I’ll get my money back.

“Horrible”

This property is awful. We checked in at 3 PM but didn’t get into the room until 5:45 because it wasn’t clean. I had to keep asking for a clean room, and once inside the sink was clogged. The staff told us to use the water sparingly, letting the sink drain, then use it again. We moved to another room, went to breakfast, and got locked out. They had to pry the door open, and the maintenance man said he’d return to fix it but never did. I ended up checking out because I had two small girls with me; we couldn’t have any privacy and couldn’t take a bath before we left because the door was open. The property is horrible, the management is terrible, and the staff have a nasty attitude. I will never stay here again. I recommend removing this property from your list because it does not meet booking standards. There was no phone service, no Wi‑Fi, and the pool was green and unusable. Everything listed online is a lie.
