The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay a bit more enjoyable. However, the hotel itself was showing its age, and I didn't receive a bill because I booked through a third-party website. This caused some issues with my company, and I had to deal with the consequences.

The hotel had a great selection of facilities for kids, and the pool was a lot of fun. However, my room was quite small, and the breakfast options were limited. I was also disappointed that there was no hot tub available.

The pool was a highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, the restaurant service was lacking. The staff in charge of the tea and coffee were unfriendly and seemed to be in a bad mood.

I was shocked to find that the superior room I booked was more like a budget hostel. The bed had only two thin pillows for two beds, and the towels were old and worn out. The teapot and glasses were also not clean. Despite the low quality, the price was still quite steep.

The breakfast was mostly Indonesian cuisine, which was nice, but there was a lack of Western options. However, the overall experience was acceptable. Unfortunately, the pool had dirty water, and there were no towels available. The check-in process was also very slow, and the water in the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, my room had a view of the parking lot instead of the promised view.
