“Bad would not wanna stay there again”

I found the breakfast completely tasteless, and the room that was advertised in the photos turned out to be different from what I actually received. I had to pay extra to upgrade to a room that was still very basic, which felt like a scam. The front office staff was extremely unprofessional, treating our small requests with reluctance while readily fulfilling those of other guests. Overall, this place feels like a scam, so double‑check room details with the staff if you book online; there are better options nearby for the same price.

“Great place to stay near the airport.”

Everything went smoothly: breakfast was good, the hotel was close to the airport and my workplace, and the rooms were clean with friendly staff. The only downside was the lack of a desktop for urgent emails, but I managed to finish my work on my phone using the provided Wi‑Fi.

“Horrible stay. Would not recommend anyone this hotel.”

The photos were misleading; the room was old and clearly in need of renovation. The bedsheet and pillowcase were stained, the towel looked overused and dirty, and the bathroom had a strong foul odor.

The location is convenient, close to the airport, nearby food joints like McDonald’s, Anand Veg, and the on‑site café, and about 10 km from the Mall of Asia. However, the faucet pipe needs regular cleaning or replacement, and the nearby ATM is unreliable, so bring cash just in case.
