“Excellent 5-star accommodation, mid-way between Delhi Airport and South Gurgaon. Good breakfast and a Biodiversity Park”
1. Location of the property is excellent- quick access from the Airport and easy commute to the commercial hub along Golf Extension Road. 2. Very good breakfast with good, healthy choices. 3. Staff at entrance and security check are wonderful- they made us feel welcome. Housekeeping staff praised for a good job in keeping our room clean and stocked. 4. At a personal level, I love the proximity to Aravali Biodiversity Park. it’s great to be able to wake up to the sounds of birds like peacocks, prinias, lapwings, bulbuls, barbets and parakeets. I could spot all these birds during a short walk from the hotel. Staff at the Front Office were inconsistent in service levels. Some were good and efficient in handling queries and routine check-in while a few seemed to be disinterested
