We absolutely enjoyed it! The rooms are not only beautiful and spacious but also impeccably equipped to the finest detail. Add to that the excellent, attentive service and the well‑maintained pool, and you have a perfect stay. Our compliments. We found the stay very pleasant, but we must point out a critical issue with the parking policy. At a room rate of €1,000 per night in a remote area you would expect parking to be included. Charging this separately feels, given the ample parking availability, unfortunately unfriendly.

“Delightful and comfortable stay in La Costa!”

As a regular visitor to Carlsbad, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of this hotel. The bedding and towels were spotless and comfortable, the in-room dining was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the hotel's sprawling layout made it inconvenient to access the main gym, especially at night or in a hurry.

I had a frustrating experience with the hotel's billing process. Despite being charged, I was not given the room I had booked. The unprofessional handling of this situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

My arrival at the hotel was marred by issues with my pre-paid reservation. Despite having already paid, I was asked to authorize additional charges, which was quite inconvenient. I'm still waiting for a refund for my reservation.

“Good staff and lovely room but weak spa and restaurants”

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, thanks to a nice room. However, the spa and restaurants were underwhelming and overpriced, which was a disappointment.
