“Use only as a last minute stay”

The price was reasonable for a last‑minute booking, and the location was convenient near both my destinations and family. The room was listed as non‑smoking, but after a few hours I could smell cigarettes. The shower is outdated and had plastered damage. Towels were missing—only one washcloth, floor towels, and no toilet paper—so I had to go to the office for supplies. When I returned, the key card was disabled, and I had to go back to the office to get it reprogrammed, which still didn’t work. I had to wait for the manager to replace the door‑lock batteries, but that was done quickly. The online photos made the place look modern, but it isn’t. The room was uncomfortable. More updates are needed to match the online pictures.

“Lake seminole inn”

I felt safe, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I couldn’t check in early even though the rooms were ready unless I paid an extra $25. The lobby didn’t allow use of the restrooms for long‑distance travelers, and the Wi‑Fi was unstable for business needs.

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the room was clean. There was a slight musty smell. I was disappointed because we were told there would be no extra charge for our dog, yet we were charged at check‑in. The shampoo came in a tiny packet that barely had any left.

“Been coming here for 5 yrs but am done overlooking the decline w/price increase”

The place was filthy—chairs so stained I avoided sitting on them, a smoking room with a tub marred by burn marks, and drawers that were downright dirty; I had to buy a blanket because I didn’t trust the bedspread. The front door had oil that kept sticking to me, and when I tried to fish at 4am the sink and bathtub had no water; thirty minutes later a burst of air exploded from the line and finally water came through.

“Met expectations for the price and location.”

The location was great and the price was good, and the room was clean, even the carpet. I had to wait a while before anyone was available to check me in, and when housekeeping came they took my towels but didn’t hand me new ones; the A/C was stuck on the high fan setting.
