The staff were excellent, but I didn't realize the reservation didn't include lunch.

We loved it; it felt a bit smaller than expected, yet the hotel is cozy and well laid out. The rooms are private and spacious, and overall service was great—we’ll come back. The only downside is the lack of an espresso machine; even though coffee is charged, the quality they serve is poor.
