“Placut”
The area is nice, but the hotel stairs smell like garbage, one receptionist doesn't speak English, the slippers in room 31 are low‑cost, breakfast is served late on weekends for guests who only stay one evening, you have to check out early in the morning, there's no ventilation on the block stairs, and the room door is from 1970.

The staff were super friendly, but the bathroom trash can wasn’t emptied.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the breakfast was decent for a 3-star hotel, and the staff was willing to offer us an alternative room. However, our check-in process was a disaster, taking over 30 minutes and involving manual data entry, which was frustrating and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there was no elevator, and we had to carry our own luggage, which was a challenge as we were all women.
