Red Lion Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista South- Near Disney

The pool was shut most of the time, most staff didn't speak English, the water slide was non‑operational, and I was overcharged for the stay and for food at the Oasis restaurant.

“Was horrible I could not slept. I have a video showing the noise of the AC, but they only let you post pictures.”

The air conditioner made a loud noise all night; I had to either turn it off or try to sleep amid the horrible sound.

“Nice day building looks odd from the outside but nice on the inside.”

The room was cleaned daily, and there were plenty of parking spots.

“Short and sweet”

We stayed in a junior suite for a weekend; it was very spacious, my family was comfortable, and everything was clean. The shower had great water pressure, and the room included a mini‑fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Breakfast was free and tasty, and I could grab snacks from the gift shop before midnight. I would definitely book again. The pool was locked several times due to lightning, and there were many leaves in the water—minor details that didn't spoil an otherwise comfortable stay.

I liked how it was a large hotel, yet the staff was quite friendly and approachable about anything. They were ready to help. I left a medical device, and they were very helpful in facilitating its return to my home after I had left. It’s not often that happens. They did a stellar job. While the room was impeccably clean, the hallway had a bit of a smell. It was noticeable A member of the housekeeping staff was not the most helpful, but I did raise it to management
