The same‑day booking was handled smoothly, the place stayed spotless, and the room had a pleasant scent, yet the bed foam still wore a plastic cover, there was no hot shower, and the TV wasn’t a smart TV.

The room was clean, but the air‑conditioning failed during the first few days and I had to explain the issue; the Wi‑Fi password was wrong and I needed to call staff for help. The bed was wrapped in thin plastic under a single sheet, no blanket, which felt uncomfortable. The area sits just 5 m from a loud school that starts at 6:30 am on some days, so it’s not ideal for those needing quiet. Roosters were present but acceptable in the village. It was low season and not busy, yet staff refused to let me check out two hours later without extra charge. I also didn’t expect the room to lack hot water and a fridge.
