The waiter at the restaurant, I don’t remember his name, was more than helpful. Since it’s a self‑check‑in hotel, there’s no one else to ask questions, but he was very eager to assist us. Highly recommend this area. I’m not a huge fan of the self‑check‑in, especially because the PC for checking in didn’t work; someone from the hotline answered right away, but I still prefer talking to people, though the nice waiter fortunately helped us a lot.
