Such a cute little hostel! My room was adorable, and even though there is no reception in winter it was super easy to locate the hostel and find my room. The kitchen/common area is also adorable and functional. Be aware that the hostel is outside the village of Kilpisjärvi (about 5 km) and that the local taxi company only has about two cars that need to be booked in advance. I couldn’t get a booking during my stay and was lucky that the guide of my snowmobile safari provided pick‑up.

Good facilities, modern rooms with comfortable beds. From the accommodation you get a nice view of the lake. On site you can also rent snowshoes, which we liked very much.
