The location is exceptional with a beautiful view of the sea and sandy beach from your room. It’s a very good fish restaurant as well and the included meals were delicious. The Onsen was exceptional being separate from the hotel with views over the sea. They took care to translate key information ( like how to operate the air con ) showing an attention to detail. Nothing

Authentic Japanese lodging with a European‑style bed; both dinner and breakfast were true Japanese fare, delicious and enjoyable, and the area is ideal for a bike stopover.

A stunning setting that made for a perfect Shimanami Kaido cycling stop; the dining windows framed beautiful views, the natural stone décor was striking, and the private 8‑course dinner matched the best ryokan meals I’ve had, so come hungry; breakfast was equally lavish, and the onsen baths were superb.
