Everything was great – the reception, the restaurant, the cleanliness, and the services. The place is clean, the staff are all friendly and very tasteful.

I booked a Suite, but when I arrived the receptionist told me to wait 10 minutes for the room to be ready; after an hour I was informed that the room I had booked was unavailable and they offered me two separate rooms instead, which I refused because it was unsuitable for my family and not what I paid for. They suggested canceling the booking, which I accepted and was refunded, but it was a waste of time and money since I had traveled from Cairo for a day off. I do not recommend this hotel because of their poor check‑in management and unprofessional communication.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the workflow is smooth. The only downside is that street noise can be noticeable at times, but that’s just part of the lively local atmosphere and daily life in the area, not a flaw of the property itself.
