I stayed in a tiny, cramped room that had no facilities at all, and the cleanliness was awful – the bathrooms were never cleaned during my 7‑day stay. I would not recommend booking this resort.

The Olivia Resort in Kolar really knows how to treat their guests right. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay a pleasant one. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area - the team did a great job of making me feel welcome.

The resort's prime location and spotless facilities were definite highlights, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by the fact that the staff seemed to prioritize events over guests. We were initially allowed a late checkout, which was a nice touch, but when we requested room service, we were told that all the staff were busy with an event and we'd have to come down to the restaurant instead.
