The place was incredibly tidy and well kept; the staff member who ran the property would walk around the garden, clean up, and repeatedly ask if guests needed anything. Breakfast could be ordered on the roof terrace and was also excellent 👍. The only downside was that it was a bit far from Hikkaduwa’s center, though buses ran all the time for €0.12 per person or a tuk‑tuk for about €1.50, which was a minor inconvenience.

The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the service was prompt and excellent. We stayed in two apartments, each with two bedrooms. The upstairs apartments don’t have a lift, so that’s something to keep in mind. The villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the main town of Hikkaduwa. The rooms to the west get hot because of the sun; the air‑conditioners worked well, but it took a little longer to cool down.

The structure was comfortable, the person who attends to guests was truly special, caring, available, and exceptional. Nothing else.

We rented two floors, with two rooms on each floor and a shared living room with kitchen. Each room had its own bathroom with a shower and an air‑conditioner, and the living room had a fan. The kitchen had everything needed for comfortable living. I wish there had been a washing machine 😁.

The property is very nice and in a perfect location, with a private beach just two minutes away and the town only 2 km away. The owners speak perfect English and greet you in person, so communication is smooth. The kitchen is a bit dated, but the rest of the place is great, with comfortable beds, pillows, and a good new air‑con system. The staff are helpful. I’ll recommend this place, definitely better value for the price!
