“Good value for money with some caveats”
The view from the room is just fantastic, the bed is very good, room is spacious. Hotel is very well located - close to the center, but it is quiet at night. Staff is attentive and try to solve problems. Amenities in the bathroom are very good. Sound insulation from the street is fantastic. Very good value for money. These are all minor things, however there were a lot of them: - safe was locked - our sheets had lipstick on them when we checked in - lamp in the bathroom was blinking. We got a promise that it will be sorted out. It wasn't - There are buttons "Do not disturb", "Clean my room" - and they didn't work. Our room was always showing "clean my room". We said about this on reception - it wasn't fixed - breakfast had no signs which dish/drink is that. It resulted for me in coffee being poured on the teabag - sound insulation from the hall is poor, though there are not a lot of rooms, so we were very rarely disturbed by the noise from there As you see - none of this is really a deal-breaker, however it is annoying and I would expect 1-2 such issues during my stay, not six
