Les personnes de l'accueil sont prêtes à nous aider en toute circonstance ! Le lieu est agréable, avec une terrasse et un espace de vie commun. Les chambres spacieuses, eau chaude avec pression ! C'était un super séjour !!. Seul point négatif : on a été réceptionné par la femme de ménage qui ne nous a pas super bien accueilli (c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire 😅) Mais c'est vraiment un petit détail car tout le reste était top ! (On se soulagera en se disant que son travail n'est pas d'être à l'accueil 😁

We arrived at 5 am on the night bus, and they were so kind as to open the door for us and let us check in right away.

We liked the quiet, central location close to the main sights and restaurants, and our family of four with two teens got a rooftop room that offered a large terrace and a lovely view over the city rooftops, plus a hot shower with good pressure. Arriving early by night bus, we couldn’t check in ahead of time because the staff member opening the doors wasn’t aware of our early arrival, so we had to wait in the drafty patio area for a few hours—not ideal—but aside from that, everything was fine.

The space is very comfortable and charming. In my room there was no heater, so I felt a bit cold, but I’m not sure if I had booked a room with a heater option.
