“ni tan bien”
What I liked most about this hotel is that it’s only a 15‑minute walk from the bus station. The room was spacious and breakfast was very good. However, there was no toilet paper in the room, no complimentary water bottle, and I had to ask for the Wi‑Fi password twice because they wouldn’t give it. The check‑in was quick, but I waited over 15 minutes for check‑out. The hotel was under renovation, so there was a lot of dust and dirt on the way to the room (I understand it’s unavoidable during a remodel, but it was annoying). At night there was a lot of noise and the staff seemed reluctant to solve problems. Finally, they didn’t help me lift my backpack; I know it’s not mandatory, but it’s a detail I’ve found helpful elsewhere.
The staff were polite and friendly, yet the bed sheets were dirty with visible blood stains; overall the place wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t terrible either.
The staff were very helpful and check‑in was smooth. The room was comfortable with AC and a hot shower. Breakfast was offered, but I didn’t try it. The hotel isn’t in the town centre, but it’s close enough to walk, and a cheap Tuk Tuk is available. It’s a functional place without a lot of glamour, not the prettiest building, but for the price I paid it was good value.
The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, but the continental breakfast was a bit sparse and the sheets were old and not entirely clean, with some dirt left on them.
“Air conditioned , reasonable accommodations in mannar”
I didn’t stay there myself, but I booked it for my driver, and he told me it was fine.
