I booked through a phone call with a woman named Priscila. When we got there, no one was around to greet us—just a rundown shack with construction debris, a chicken coop, damp walls, and no real amenities. The key was handed over by a partner of the owner, and we were hit with an extra $100 charge. We ended up paying for a different place we never used, and the whole thing was a nightmare.

The place itself is pleasant – the little café with biscuits and the owners are always ready to point us toward local spots, which made us feel welcome. Getting around with the Wise app was a bit of a maze at first, but we quickly realized the inn is actually just a short walk from downtown.
