We found the Riad pretty and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and helpful, it’s right in the heart of Fez’s Medina so the location is excellent. The breakfast was also good. The staircase is a bit low and you have to be careful not to hit your head.

Parking was easy – just a 5 minute walk from the Riad and simple to locate. The Riad itself is impressive, the hosts were welcoming (and spoke English), our family room (including the beds and pillows) was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The AC worked well. Great location and great value for money. The breakfast was generous and appreciated. The underground car parking experience wasn’t the best – the person (who didn’t seem to be the actual attendant but perhaps a colleague) was “take the price or leave” – after a long journey the willingness to leave is low. We paid 50 Dm per night (the Riad states 30 Dm). We would have left if it had been suggested we had to leave our keys with them (thankfully this wasn’t requested). It shouldn’t detract from the Riad itself – which is excellent.

The welcome was warm, the riad is beautiful, clean, well equipped (especially in the bedroom and bathroom), the breakfast was delicious and varied, the rooftop offers a nice view of the Medina and the riad is well located (near Talaa Sghira).

We had an excellent stay at this riad. The location is truly perfect for visiting Fez, everything is close by. The riad is very clean and pleasant. The two young managers are truly adorable, available and attentive. We felt very well welcomed from the moment we arrived. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and very good. A very good address in Fez, we will gladly return!
